Mitch gave a talk about agile development practices (Scrum) which completely blew me away. His presentation was formatted as a scrum sprint so it was interactive, immersive, and fun. Everyone at the end of the talk understood the scrum process and had an understanding of the dos and don'ts. He also believes in the agile development practice but has an understanding that it's not for everyone and will offer alternatives. This is just one example that shows his maturity and professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone.
