Scrum Field Guide Cover The Scrum Field Guide: Practical Advice for Your First Year is now shipping (link to Amazon)! Throughout the month of April I will be giving away a signed copy of the book to four readers of this blog.

Winning is easy. Just enter a comment on this post with a piece of advice you would give someone who was just starting out with Scrum and XP. It can be small, like "stay disciplined!" or lengthy, it's your call. I will pick two winners who have the advice I like best and I will pick two (well, my kids will) people at random. You've got four chances to win.

I will pick one random winner and one advice winner on April 15, and then again on April 30, with all comments being posted by 23:59 on each day, respectively.
