The Scrum Alliance has hired Enthiosys, Luke Hohmann's company, to run a series of Innovation Games to help the Scrum Alliance prioritize it's backlog. You can play here. I was not sure how this would go. I have played this game called Buy a Feature before and liked it, but what is going on now is unmoderated. Is it worth your time?
Absolutely! This was by far the best game experience I had. Participants are given various amounts of funds to buy features, or items, that the Scrum Alliance will work on. I was scared of it being unfacilitated but I really found that I liked not having a moderator. We were able to cut loose and have good discussions. You should try it out before it ends in two days.
