Mitch taught a set of Agile classes (Product Owner, Scrum Master) that were tailored toward our specific needs and to a variety of skill sets in the room. Mitch’s well-thought, organized curriculum combined with his professional, confident style resulted in informative and fun classes. His deep experience enabled him to flexibly modify the course and provide appropriate processes to facilitate learning. The lasting contribution occurred when the class was over and teams performed with a better understanding of one another. I thought that the class was well done and hope our paths cross again in the future.

Mitch´s Scrum Master Certification course was a very good prepared course. It has everything! It makes you laugh, it makes you think about all the work you did so far. It was very interesting! It gives you some excellent view of how Scrum can look like in the real world!

I really enjoyed the dialogues and the exercises. Mitch was also able to provide to all your questions the appropriate answers. Even it was a two-days course it was not boring at all. The time went by so quickly. I already had some trainings and practical experience as well as theoretical but I still was learning something new. Also the materials that we got are really great! They have the right information in a very compact but understandable format. Directly to the point.

After attending an ALM conference at Microsoft Portugal headquarters and listened Mitch give is lecture I was amazed by the ideas he was addressing and the way he was addressing them. It was truly inspiring. Because of this I managed to grow an interest for the subject (Agile practices and frameworks) and defined the personal goal of one day when I could, I would attend one of his courses. This past Friday I fulfilled this goal and it exceeded my highest expectations.
